BACKGROUND

A San Diego native, Thomas Marshall graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University in 1971 and continued his education, receiving his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University in 1975. He has practiced Alternative Dispute Resolution Law and Probate, Trusts & Estates in the county of San Diego since 1976. COMMUNITY SERVICE

Throughout his career, Attorney Marshall has served the community. He has been appointed as a Temporary Judge and Settlement Judge for the San Diego Superior Court and a fact finder or hearing officer for many government and private entities. Attorney Marshall has served in leadershiip positions, including president, for civic and business organizations and has coached neighborhood sports teams.
